2026年3月末にデジタル教材配信システムB-QUBEと学習ダッシュボードシステムMetaboardの全学サービスを終了します。
※注）学習管理システムMoodleは2026年4月以降も引き続きご利用いただけます。

The university-wide services of B-QUBE, a distributing digital teaching materials system, and Metaboard, a learning dashboard system, will be terminated, at the end of March 2026.
*Note: The learning management system Moodle will continue to be available after April 2026.
全学ファイアウォールのメンテナンスに伴う通信断について、通知がありましたのでお知らせいたします。

【九州大学全域】
日時：令和 7 年 6 月 8 日 (日) 09:00-10:00
影響範囲：九大内外の通信について、上記時間内で最大5分間の通信遮断が1回発生します。
この影響により、M2Bシステム（Moodle、Metaboard、B-QUBE）、プログラミング学習環境が一時利用できない場合があります。
Due to maintenance of the university-wide firewall, the network will be down during the following times.

Date and Time: Jun 8, 2025 (Sunday) 09:00-10:00
Affect: Communications within and outside Kyudai will be interrupted for up to 5 minutes once during the above time period.
M2B system (Moodle, Metaboard, B-QUBE), ps (programming learning server) may be temporarily unavailable due to this impact.

The Spring 2025 maintenance is scheduled to be conducted from Tuesday, March 3, 2026 to Thursday, March 5, 2026.
かねてより、学生から出欠確認に関する問い合わせや要望が多数寄せられておりました。
この度、より円滑な授業運営に貢献するため、出欠確認アラート機能の初期設定を以下の通り変更いたします。
＜変更点＞
2025年3月4日(火)～6日(木)のM2B定期メンテナンス後、出欠確認アラート機能の初期設定が「無効」から「有効」に変更されます。
メンテナンス以降に新規に作成され、かつ出欠確認方法が「自動」または「半自動」の授業コースに適用されます。教員が特に設定を変更しない限り、遅刻許容時間が終了する5分前に、学生にアラートが表示されます。
＜ご留意事項＞
授業の最初に小テストを予定されている場合は、アラートが表示されるタイミングにご注意ください。
教員は、各授業のコース設定で、アラートの「有効/無効」を自由に変更できます。

For some time now, we have received numerous inquiries and requests from students regarding attendance confirmation.
In order to contribute to smoother class operation, we have made the following changes to the default settings of the attendance confirmation alert function.
<Changes>
After the scheduled M2B maintenance from March 4 (Tue.) to 6 (Thu.), 2025, the default setting of the "Attendance Confirmation Alert" function will be changed from "disabled" to "enabled".
This applies to courses newly created after the maintenance and for which the attendance method is “Automatic” or “Semi Auto”. Students will be alerted 5 minutes before the end of the late time, unless the faculty specifically changes the setting.
<Please note>
If you have a quiz scheduled at the beginning of the class, please be careful when the alert is displayed.
Faculty members are free to change the “enable/disable” of the alert in the course settings of each class.

Moodleの反応が遅い、アクセスしづらい件につきまして、ご迷惑をおかけしております。
Moodleに安定的にアクセスできない状況が発生しましたら、こちらで随時状況を案内させていただきます。
加えまして、Moodleを運用しているサーバに障害が生じた際には、LAセンターのWebページに情報を掲載させていただきます。

授業開始一週目よりもアクセスがしづらい状況は緩和しつつありますが、現在も2限目と3限目の授業開始直後は少しアクセスがしづらい状況が続いております。概ね3～5分ほどで状況は解消されますので、少しお時間をおいてアクセスしていただけますようお願いいたします。
また、授業開始時刻前に教材を開いておくなどの対応も併せてご検討いただけますと幸いです。
